AI & QUANTITATIVE ANALYST
Digital Assets Investment
for our office in Sliema, Malta
The person we are looking for has a Master’s degree, preferably a PhD, in Machine Learning, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related fields. Has a solid foundation in Machine Learning and quantitative research, strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis, statistical modelling and backtesting. Knowledge of C++, Rust or similar languages will be considered a plus.
You will work on the development of ML-driven quantitative strategies for digital assets, researching alpha signals, portfolio construction methodologies, backtesting frameworks, risk modelling and performance attribution. You will work directly with senior portfolio managers and researchers, gaining exposure to live strategies, real market data and capital allocation decisions.
We offer an initial gross annual salary between €30,000 and €50,000, direct exposure to quantitative investment strategies, a structured growth path in research and portfolio management, merit-based advancement and the long-term opportunity to become a shareholder of the company.
